Our boarding programs meet the needs of dogs both are ARE playful and “social” and for those who aren’t.
Even if your dog is nervous, fearful, anxious, aggressive, reactive or dog selective, we have a boarding program for your dog.

Not only are no two dogs alike, but no two breeds are alike.
Breed aware care is an essential missing piece from traditional boarding and daycare models. Every breed was bred with a specific purpose and with specific traits. That's their beauty.
And every dog with mixed background will exhibit tendencies, behaviours and instincts from those breeds.
Breed aware care watches for these behaviours including scent tracking, visual tracking, herding, problem solving and more, and we provide appropriate spaces, activities, environments and engagement to meet and nurture their positive instinctual behaviours.
OUR BOARDING PROGRAMS
A stay away personalized to your pup
Our boarding programs are designed for all dogs. We accept intact dogs, love all breeds, and have programs for:
social dogs who enjoy group engagement with other dogs
dogs who prefer private play times or time with a sibling
nervous, anxious or fearful dogs
aggressive or reactive dogs
first-time boarders
When you pick a boarding package, your dog will automatically be enrolled into the program matching their needs. For this reason, it's important we meet your dog in advance of their boarding stay, when possible. Learn more about getting started with boarding.
SOCIAL BOARDING
Guests who enjoy play with others and group social time will participate in our ENGAGE dog daycare program while they're with us for their stay.
They'll have opportunity to engage with others who match their size, play style, temperament and confidence, and will also be given private play opportunities for some break from the busyness.
PRIVATE BOARDING
For guests who are aggressive or reactive toward other dogs, or who simply would prefer a private boarding experience, we have our reACTIVATE dog daycare program for their fun and engagement.
We have private play parks, engagement with our attendants, play structures and enrichment activities.
CONFIDENCE-BUILDING BOARDING
For our guests who may be a bit nervous, fearful, or anxious, we have our CLASS dog daycare program to help build your dog's trusted relationships and help them feel safe and secure and build confidence while they're away from home.
Their play program is designed by our trainer and will include social time or private park time as is needed to ensure they're having the best time and feeling the most secure and safe.
WHAT'S A BOARDING STAY LIKE?
CHECK-IN
Arrive at your selected check-in time with your dog on leash.
We have a comprehensive check-in process to ensure we get all the details down correctly for your dog's stay, including food, special instructions and medication.
Full balance for the reservation is taken at check-in
YOUR DOG'S CHECK-IN DAY
Morning or mid-day check-ins: Your dog will participate in their regular daycare program or program determined on their first day assessment.
Evening check-ins: Your dog will participate in our private park play until our daily programs resume the next day.
YOUR DOG'S DAILY PROGRAM
Each day your dog is with us, they will participate in their personal program of ENGAGE, CLASS, or reACTIVATE or Puppy Preschool with a mid-day rest over lunch, a rest over dinner and an evening activity and indoor/outdoor break before lights out at 9 pm weekdays or 8 pm weekends.
For guests with us longer term, we adjust their activity program based on what your dog lets us know they're feeling. Guests that may have lots of social engagement time near the beginning of their stay may have more private park play time as their stay goes on.
MEALS
Breakfast service is between 6:30 - 8:30 am
Dinner service is between 4:00 - 6:00 pm
Optional lunch service for puppies or others is available from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
For siblings sharing a suite, we can arrange to have them eat together or eat separately.
FOOD TRACKING
We track your dog's food consumption at each meal to ensure they are eating. Dogs will burn more calories when with us so some weight loss can occur, but we want to make sure they're keeping their nutrition up to keep their immune system up.
MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION
At check-in, we have a comprehensive medication intake protocol to ensure we have all administrative details correctly.
For additional peace of mind, we have a life essentials medication notification available to message you after each dose is administered.
REPORT CARDS
First-day report card: If your dog checks in before 3 pm, you will receive your first report card on your dog's first day with us. If your dog checks in after 3 pm, your first report card will arrive by email the following day.
Final-day report card: If your dog checks out after 12 pm, you will receive a report card
There are no report cards on holidays.
OVERNIGHT SECURITY
Your dog is secured safely in their private suite with water available overnight. If your dog is a "free feeder" their food will also be available for them to nibble.
We have 24/7 live-monitored security with temperature sensors, glass break alerts, live security response and direct line to fire and rcmp.
HEALTH MONITORING
If at any point your dog becomes injured or begins to feel unwell, we will notify you immediately by text, email and by phone.
If we don't reach you by voice, we will leave messages to ensure we connect.
CHECK-OUT
Regular check-out is by 8:45 am weekdays and 9:45 am weekends.
Dogs with us after those times will participate in their regular daycare program for the final day until picked up
