GET STARTED WITH BOARDING
For both daycare and boarding, it all starts with a First Day of Daycare. This isn't a pass/fail day, but is a day so we know how to personalize your dog's time with us.
We need to know which program each dog is best suited for and need to know our guests so we can plan a successful stay for each guest.

2. Request your first assessment day of daycare
Guests must attend daycare for a first day assessment prior to their boarding stay. Need to book the assessment day AND boarding at the same time? Give us a call at 780-900-8639

You won't be able to book boarding online until the assessment day is complete, but we can help.
1. LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
Login to your account online. Go to "My Reservations" and "Request Services". Select the boarding package, dates and add-ons of your choice.
Once you submit your request, we'll send you an email accepting your reservation. Please check your spam or junk folders if you don't receive the confirmation within a few hours.
2. PAY THE DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit is required to fully confirm and hold your reservation. Please wait to receive the reservation accepted email before placing a deposit.
You will receive an email with the deposit amount
You can pay the deposit online through your account, over the phone by credit card, or in person.
3. VACCINATIONS
Make sure your dog's required vaccinations are up to date. Email a copy to us or plan to bring a copy in on your check-in day.
4. REMINDER EMAIL
We will send you a reminder email 24 hours in advance of your boarding reservation start.
Please ensure you're opted in to receive emails and reminders and that they're not being whisked away to your junk or spam folder.
5. CHECK-IN
Please note our lobby hours and please arrive near to your requested check-in time. You don't have to arrive for the exact time of your reservation, but please be close to.
Please arrive with your dog on collar and leash
No greetings between dogs
Please do not let your dog approach anybody
Please have food prepared as per the confirmation and reminder emails
Full balance for the reservation is due upon check-in
5. CHECK-OUT

When you arrive, please let us know who you are checking out. Please bring and present ID. You will be asked at each check-out for ID.
