The Alberta Canine Learning Academy
Force Free, positive training
The Alberta Canine Learning Academy is the education- and training-focused arm of Paws Pet Pad and oversees all training and behavioural modification programs we offer.
The Canine Learning Academy brings modern, proven approaches to training to the region. Our classes are effective, efficient and are all trust-based, meaning you not only come out with the training results you're looking for, but also a stronger relationship with your dog.
Led by Academy Director of Training and respected local trainer Carrie Doiron, the Canine Learning Academy brings something new to training for the region and has set out to not only raise the bar, but work to create a new bar and see the introduction of science-based, positive standards adopted for trainers in Alberta.
We are proud of our trainers, who follow positive, relational methods of training. We base our training and behaviour modification on building trust and strengthening the relationship between dog and owner.
