FULL DEPOSIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1-CANCELLATION FEE
All refunds and cancellations on accepted reservations are subject to a 5% administrative fee

 

2-REGULAR SEASON CANCELLATIONS

• If cancelled more than seven days in advance, the deposit or any prepayments, less the administrative fee, is refunded.

• If cancelled less than seven days in advance, the deposit or any prepayments, less the administrative fee, becomes a value credit for boarding or daycare with a 90-day expiry.

• If cancelled less than one full business day in advance, deposit or prepayment is non-refundable or transferrable.

3-HOLIDAY SEASON POLICIES

Dec 18 – Jan 2 | Stat holidays | Alberta spring break week in March and summer season June 1-Tuesday after Labor Day weekend

• For cancellations more than 2 weeks in advance of start date, the deposit and any prepayments, less the administrative fee, is refunded.

• For cancellations less than 2 weeks in advance of start date, the deposit or any pre-payment, less than the administrative fee becomes a value credit for day care and boarding with a 90-day expiry.

• No transfer of credit or refund of deposit if reservation is cancelled less than a week in advance.

     Shortened Reservation-For Busy Season -Dec 18 – Jan 2 | Stat holidays | Alberta spring break week in March and summer season June 1-Tuesday after Labor Day weekend.

• If reservation shortened less than one week in advance the deposit will be placed toward the full balance. Any overpayment of deposit is non-refundable or transferrable.

       Shortened Reservation- Regular Season 

• If reservation shortened less than one full day in advance the deposit will be placed toward the full balance. Any overpayment of deposit is non-refundable or transferrable.
