6-week program Four-week board and train program and two weeks of in-home guided program: 4 weeks of one-on-one training sessions with multiple training sessions per day 4 weeks of personalized program boarding Daily video training update Daily report card & photo Final board & train day private session  2 week at-home program including at-home progress reviews and guidance, daily support call and two follow-up consults
