Paws Pet Pad receives internationally-recognized CPACM Certification
Updated: Jan 21
Paws Pet Pad is proud to announce Jennifer Giesbrecht, long-time Leduc resident and owner of local dog daycare, boarding and training facility Paws Pet Pad, has received recognition for excellence in pet care knowledge and pet safety as one of only three Certified Professional Animal Care Managers (CPACM) within Canada.
The certification through the Professional Animal Care Certification Council (PACCC) is achieved through successfully completing an independent certification exam.
To initially qualify to take the CPACM, Jennifer had to meet minimum education requirements, have a minimum of two years or 4,000 hours or experience in a management level position, and provide three letters of reference from veterinarians and other pet care industry professionals.
Jennifer certification adds to Paws Pet Pad's team of independently-certified pet care professionals.
"We are incredibly proud to demonstrate through this independent certification our dedication to the best standards in the pet care safety and care for our clients and community," said Jennifer. "We always strive to deliver the best experience and we do so by leading the way in education and programs. Dog owners should always feel complete confidence that their furry family members are receiving the highest level of care."
